Qatar District Cooling Company “Qatar Cool” was incorporated in November 2003 as a Qatari Closed Stock Company. The company was set up with the intention of providing district-cooling services to the public, commercial and industrial sectors of Qatar.The company’s first plant in West Bay has a capacity of 30,000 Ton of Refrigeration,
